Waterfront house renovation project at surfing spot in Riverton, Southland with visits to Queenstown

Location: Riverton and Queenstown, New Zealand

Looking for friendly, fast and clever helpers to help me to renovate the old bach. House is right on a water. Great surfing spot (to relax after work) is 5 minutes away. Fishing right there too as is all the natural beauty.
We will need to paint inside and outside, change floor and do some joinery.
Looking for someone with renovation or building experience.
We will live in the same house or sleep out (if it gets too dusty). We will work together. We will set up garden beds and grow our own veggies too. We will cook for each other and share meals. We will surf or learn to surf together after work if you are keen (boards not provided, sorry).
Preferably you have amazing hands and strong back, great sense of humour, good taste in music (any music, just no crappy pop, please) and are able to cook in turns. Important, that you love and get along with children, because I have an amazing 3 year old son.

we probably gonna be doing occasional visits to Queenstown too, if you are keen. We have a paragliding landing field, where you could help with grass cutting, garden minding or cafe work and babysitting. There is plenty to do...:)
