Tasmanian Help required on a Private Nature Reserve

Building a new veggie garden, mainly weeding & general outdoor chores.
Weeding is a important part of of our helpers as it is a constant chore that needs attention, as we have the highest conservation listing in Tasmania we need to keep our Spanish Heath weed problem under control therefore you will be contributing to a very important role in helping us control this weed without the use of chemicals.
We are a gay couple in our late 50's...the only reason I am mentioning this is because we do not want any homophobes or preachers, please. One of us has a chronic illness and this is also the reason help is required.
As one of us is an authorised civil marriage celebrant, we are able to offer an Elopement/Wedding ceremony for couples, however we will require one month and one-day notice by law...something for couples to consider.
You will have a fully self-contained solar chalet with ocean views that our guests usually stay in, please refer to pics attached. We hope that our helpers keep their chalet clean to our standards during your stay.
As we are very private people we will quality food supplies, some cooked meals and limited alcohol daily. We obviously would love to share some meals with our helpers.
Must be clean, honest and trustworthy and capable of working unsupervised.
We have about 4 to 5 hours work a day weather depending.
Must have own vehicle please as we are in a very remote location with basically no public transport.
We have a limit of 5 days to 2 weeks work.
Our property is centrally based and is perfect to explore the beautiful east coast of Tasmania. Tasmania is a small island off Australia with a population of 500,000 people.
We are very happy, positive and respectful people who are very easy to get along with.
We do prefer people who respect the environment and who appreciate nature and wildlife.
It's all about enjoying your stay in our deluxe chalets in a wildlife sanctuary with the best views of the east coast of Tasmania.
A very important note: Telstra is the only mobile phone service in rural Tasmania and other rural regions of Australia, so we suggest purchasing a Telstra sim card for your travels.
And must have your own transport please.
