NEED HELP to finish renovating and yard cleanup

WELCOME TO AUSTRALIA, I hope you are having an awesome time in our beautiful and varied country :)HELP NEEDED -
- HELP Renovate the back half of house consisting of kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet and built in verandah and external patio,
- We have removed all inside walls and ceiling so we can see what we have to work with.
- Gardening/landscaping & repairing collapsed retaining wall.
- Varnishing sanded cupboards to go into kitchen to keep in 1940s sytle
- install original wood stove in kitchen ......
- Remove old original water pipes no longer in use.
- repair of tools, some welding
I dont have a lot of money but can pay for qualifed volunteers, open to negotiation :)

MY AREA has lovely country views, in a small quiet town 1.5 hours East of Melbourne. NO NIGHTCLUBS, but has a local pub where you can get to know the locals, PO, Foodworks, Op Shop, football & cricket clubs, skate board park, gun & fishing clubs, lawn bowls and Lake Narracan for swimming, speedboats, lots of bush walks of different difficulty- 2- 7 km.
A reliable 2 hourly bus service to 3 larger towns with Shopping Centres, sports arenas, golf and other sports activities.
Day trips to Melbourne are possible as well as many tourist places like Walhalla, 90 Mile Beach, Phillip Island, Wilson's Promontory Mt Baw Baw and many more.
I am a grandma and enjoy D.I.Y., gardening, craft - knitting, crochet, art, reading, walking, talking, games exchanging ideas and the challenge of finding a different use for something before trashing it, perma-culture, no dig gardening, no poisons. The property is not a palace, but clean and friendly.
Would appreciate 2 week minimum stay. If my place doesn't suit you or is not what you imagined... just let me know ... it is okay not to like and move on :)
In exchange for 20 hours help per week [flexible by arrangement].
I provide, clean comfortable accommodation, sharing or having room to yourself.
Variety in jobs and hours - depending on experience and weather.
Lots of free time to sightsee
English is the only language spoken here - this is to help everyone improve their English - including myself :).
Reliable internet - Limited - to stay in contact with family and friends.
FOOD COSTS ARE USUALLY SHARED - we usually shop together, choose food we all like and split the cost evenly.
