Help needed on small stud farm

Location: Cambrai, Australia
We are a pensioner couple trying to maintain our way of life as long as possible and care for our animals on our small stud farm . I am currently experiencing serious health issues and need an operation. We not ready to give up our animals and lifestyle so need help while I recover.
We would appreciate volunteers help from a mature, self-motivated couple for a few months to give our animals the love and care they need. Some of our horses are rescues and having been re-educated need confident people around them. Being an experienced rider would be a bonus. We use natural horsemanship and our horses are comfortable being ridden bareback and with bitless bridles. Confident around large dogs would also be desirable .
Must be genuine animal lovers as we have Arabian horses, German Shepherd dogs, lots of cats, a couple of goats and chickens . All our animals are very friendly.
FREE accommodation with three basic meals/day supplied, you supply your own extras – special dietary foods, fruit, snacks, drinks etc. There is a small fridge to store your supplies in.
The main regular daily jobs that need to get done are caring for the animals, cleaning troughs, mucking out yards/pens and small farm maintenance as necessary. A little housework would involve doing the things I am advised NOT to do - washing floors etc. Working hours are around 4 - 6 hours mainly mornings, afternoon are free until evening feed up time. There is lots of time to explore the beautiful Marne Conservation Park opposite our door. In the evening walking the dogs you may come across kangaroos. If experienced going for a ride. If you have your own transport, days off can be arranged after morning feeds and return by afternoon feeds. There are many interesting areas to visit within an hour or so.
Must be prepared for the quiet rural life as we are “off the beaten track”. We are in the Murraylands of South Australia, 90km NE of Adelaide. We are 45km to the beautiful Barossa Valley, 45km to Mount Pleasant in the Adelaide Hills and 45km to Mannum on the River Murray.
There is no public transports, nearest bus is to the Mount Pleasant in the Adelaide Hills from the Tea Plaza Interchange or by train and bus to the Barossa Valley.
