Help zero waste projects, and manage garden /polytunnel

I am a green hero trying to encourage zero waste in the area whilst raising 2 kids and would love more help to achieve better results. I also have a neglected garden, vegetable patch and a polytunnel that's been abandoned this year due to lack of time.
