Help needed renovating / decorating a house in SE London

I'm renovating a 3 bedroom Victorian Terrace house in SE London, nearest stations are Surrey Quays or Canada WaterThis would suit 2 people so a couple or two friends sharing a room, or just one person.
I need a hand :
Inside the house
filling cracks in plaster / sanding woodwork and walls/ preparing and painting walls , celings and MDF cupboards/ sanding and varnishing skirting boards/ doors / floors , grouting tiles, paint stripping woodwork, buidling shelves etc, replacing old power sockets and light switches with new ones etc.
Outside the house
Mainly rendering / repointing all brickwork/ preparing windows to be painted and painting / paint stripping and minor roof repairs, refitting a couple of doors etc
For the rendering windows and repointing you'll need to be skilled / proficient at this job, I may need to render two external walls as well as windows
Good decorating skills are essential as there is a lot of prepartion to be done
The above are the main areas of attention
Some woodwork building in the kitchen , and a bit of plumbing
The odd electrical work, but its pretty sound, some draught excluding for the winter months.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
10-5pm as light allows with breaks
Min 4 day stays , if we get on and you're really helpful then stay longer or till the project is finished, we can work out days/ times to suit.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
A separate single room with two single beds, shared bathroom / lounge / kitchen / rear garden
I'll provide meals and drinks, but I'd expect some help with prep and clearing and cleaning up afterwards
If I have homebrew and kombucha, you're more than welcome to share it.
