Help for dad in return for room in lovely house

My 96-year-old dad has a lovely house near Westbourne Park Tube. He is a wonderful person but has suddenly become really anxious and panics that he can't breathe and needs reassurance that he's fine. He's had every test and is completely well just getting old. My brother lives in the house as well and all the family pop in and out. Delva also comes in each day but we thought it might reassure dad to have someone else around to keep him distracted as then he's much better!WORKING ARRANGEMENT
5 hours a day for one month, maybe longer if you'd like
