No experience is required; we will provide training.
Attending meetings with the structural engineer, taking notes and making contributions where necessary.
Site inspections, site snagging inspections: make sure that the work is following the project plans.
Structural engineer inspections- analysis of the whole structure or an examination of one specific element of the building, particularly during the basement construction.
Valuation reports: look at the building contract and compare it to the current on-site progress- back this up with time-stamped photos.
Tracking expenses and invoices.
Site management responsibilities- throughout the project but mainly during first and second fix.

Vetting contractors and material suppliers to analyse the quality of workmanship and materials.
Other task and duties as assigned by us.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Variable working hours.

Free private En-suite room in Central London.
Other expenses including travel and food could be covered subject to the skills you bring to the voluntary role (this will be discussed at the interview).
