Hi ! My name is Ferenc and I am a Finance and Business pro/ Adventurer/ Traveller/ Enterpreneur/ Scuba Diving Instructor/ Property Owner/ CPR-First Aid Instructor.

Since I am a very busy person, I need some help as regards to several areas of my ongoing projects.

First, I have several properties, some in Budapest, Hungary, but in Glasgow, Scotland as well, which I rent out to turists visiting those countries. If you are a person, who has some great ideas, skills and experience as regards to attracting and bringing in more customers in this area of business, I am ready to listen to you and make arrangements with you.

Second of all, as I mentioned earlier I am also a PADI Scuba diving Instructor and I would like some help in advertisement and organising Scuba diving courses, selling them and getting them to be know by as many people as possible. These can be combined with tours around Scotland, small islands around Scotland and/ or entire UK as well or even organising Scuba diving trips to other countries.

Third, I am also a Certified CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor and I am looking forward expanding this business into teaching larger groups of people from all sectors of life and businesses. I would appreciate some ideas, help on this area as regards to advertisement, organising courses, signing people/groups of people up for courses.

The accommodation in Glasgow, Scotland, is in a hostel style room, which sometimes is shared with other guests, close to City Centre, in a quiet neighborhood. Meals are provided on the property (no fussy eaters please) on a help yourself basis. Sometimes I do cook, but you might have to cook for yourself, but I provide the ingredients needed for it.

In return, I expect to use five hours of your daily time (Monday to Friday) in helping me with the above tasks.
