Help needed for painting & decorating, light construction work( if at all), some gardening

Location: Ourense, Spain

Got a house in a small country hamlet.house is 130 years old( the old part) needs general painting of walls,doors,kitchen old wall tiels need new paint, some modernization with installing new electric wall sockets, some gardening, planting small trees, shrubs,helping me put together an irrigation system.
There's an old small Barn to renovate partly to a bohemian style.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

We work hand in hand in as much as I can but in general 3 days per week, and the rest us off.

LIVING ARRANGEMENT

You ll be allocated your private bedroom.share bathroom with other volunteer if there will be another one. in case of a couple a double bed is there.. We will eat together , cook together, and i shall be buying food to accommodate your needs( within reason)
It's a small hamlet , public transport is limited to twice a day but I can help with my car. I m within walking distance( apx 2 miles) to a natural free beautiful hot springs.
I m 15 miles from the portugués border, 30 miles from the city of Ourense, 90 miles from Santiago del Compostella and same to Vigo.
I guess it will take about a month to comfortably finish the project, but after , you can stay for another few weeks. The rest , we can talk about, I shall do all I can to meet all your needs.i.e we can go out to do site seeing together if you wish etc etc.
