Great accomodation next to the beach in Torrevieja

Location: Torrevieja, Spain

Hello! I am a Spanish guy living in the area of Torrevieja (a few km South of Alicante), next to the Mediterranean.

I live in a nice three-story house, near the beach (Playa Flamenca), and a vibrant commercial area, on the Costa Blanca.

I like sports, culture, travelling, and practicing languages. I can speak Spanish, English, and a little French. Learning Russian would be the next challenge!

At home, I could offer a separate bedroom, with enough space for two or three visitors, in exchange of help with keeping the house clean, or taking care of the house while I am travelling away.

There are no pets at home. In case you want to know more, just contact me!

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Visitors should help with cleaning the house, and take care of the house while I am traveling away. Two or three hours daily, five days per week.

LIVING ARRANGEMENT

I can offer an independent bedroom, with enough space for one, two, or maximum three visitors (as there are three single beds in total). The bedroom is placed on the third floor of the house.

Next to the bedroom, there is a multifunctional room, which can be used for studying, teleworking, and even sports training.

Visitors can use the common areas of the house, such as the bathroom, kitchen, or the outdoor patio.

The host will not be cooking for visitors. They should provide their own food, and cook for themselves. It is possible to store food in a refrigerator in the house, the kitchen has all the necessary to cook.
