Help needed for English teaching

At the present moment we are focusing on three important projects:1. Teaching English (conversational classes)
2. Getting to know the World (presentations of volunteers on their country/city, art, customs, educational system, etc.)
3. Organising workshops according to the skills and knowledge of the volunteers. For example: painting, singing, role play, drawing, crafts, meditation, calligraphy, yoga, photography, etc.
We would like you to bring your ideas, skills and knowledge and present them to our participants as our school is newly opened, we are still finding our feet - we would greatly appreciate any help and input from the volunteers with some experience in the areas mentioned above.
In the first place, we are looking for native English speakers but non-native speakers with a good knowledge of conversational English are also welcome.
Volunteers who are not teachers will get professional help in lesson planning and will also be given teaching material. The average time spent on teaching would be 3-2 hours per day. Workshops also last 2-3 hours on a daily basis. We can host maximum two volunteers at a time for 7-10 days (it can vary).
At the end of the volunteering program with us, all volunteers would be awarded a certificate of volunteering (or a recommendation letter).
