Volunteer, Gardener, Construction & Kitchen Hand

Lots of help needed in the community such as a working as a kitchen hand, general cleaning, dishes, car park maintenance, land cleaning, decoration and art.
Helping needed over the 14 hectare site with land cleaning (strimming), tree maintenance and pruning, flowers, vegetables, fruit trees, compost, landscaping and water systems.
Working with wood and clay to construct new facilities around the site.
Helping in the kitchen cooking vegan/vegetarian food with a team of about 10 people, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner and preparing pastries, snacks, pizza and burgers for special events.
Working Hours:
Work is approximately 24 hours a week. For most jobs we start in the morning with the rest of the day to yourself. In summer we start earlier to avoid the midday heat. We decide on weekly and daily jobs and responsibilities during our morning meetings.
Accommodation:
We have a variety of accommodation options including caravans, vans, tents and tepees. You can also bring your own tent or you are also welcome to camp in your own van. If you intend to stay long term, you may have the option to move into a caravan or van if this comes available. We are currently working on building some sustainable huts.
