(small) Quinta Roots & Wings needs your help

Location: Alcains, Portugal

I have recently started this small Quinta project (8000m2). The house is finished, now we would be greatly helped with setting up (permaculture) garden, creating a nice guest space with/from a caravan (incl. ecotoilet), perhaps a pond, some works with cement and/or loads of other interesting projects. Would be nice if you have some experience or are willing to experiment with me.
Roots & Wings is a homage to Osho and his great work. It represents the vision I have for this space. With our feet firmly rooted in the ground and connected with nature, allowing for our innate potential, creativity and energy to take wings <3

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

This is flexible as far as I'm concerned. Three hours a day (in the morning or evening when it's not too hot) is a good starting point. That will be for maintenance. We can plan out projects and determine times/days etc.

LIVING ARRANGEMENT

Accommodation is either a private caravan, or a private room in the house, breakfast (with daily fresh eggs) and lunch included (since I don't eat dinner, but you can fix that yourself if you need). Outdoor showers and normal toilet, although eco-toilet is one of my projects.
There is wifi (although I use wireless as little as possible). I have a small dog and cat, and animals are welcome. I'm sure they'll get along.
This is a open & welcoming, but queer space (gay just means happy ;-)) and we have no problem with nudity.
The place is not really remote, but also not deadcentre of the village. Having a car yourself is handy, we have (shaded) parking spaces.
