Help needed in a small hostel in Ponta Delgada, Azores

We are a small, soon-to-be-opened hostel in the picturesque part of Ponta Delgada, Azores (Sao Miguel island). There are still some things to be done around the hostel but we hope to start working in April 2017. We are a team of 4 (Lúcia, Liliana, Paulo and Ana), we are dedicated and enthusiastic about our work and we would really appreciate a help from 2 open-minded, nature-loving, eco-friendly volunteers! :) We all speak Portuguese and 2 of us also speak English. Our hostel has 7 rooms and can accommodate max 23 persons. The name of our hostel is Change the world hostels and we are a part of a 'greater' family - AMI Foundation (more info at ). We like to reuse, recycle, recreate, remodel and... relax! Sao Miguel is a beautiful 'green' island with many tracking routes, beaches, natural thermal waters, great surfing spots, happy cows, delicious food (fish, meat, cheese, fruits, desserts...), friendly people, summer festivals... and many many more great things to see and do! If you ever wanted to visit this 'green paradise', we will be very happy to welcome you and make you feel at home!We are still not open, but we think that we will need 2 volunteers during the summer season (May-October). Our hostel will be open non-stop 00-24h, 365 days in a year. In high season, we will need help mostly for 3 night shifts in a week and other daily tasks, such as: communication with guests (check in/out, translation...), preparing breakfast for guests, shopping (food and cleaning products), cleaning the rooms and general maintenance. Our volunteers should speak English (any other language is welcome, too), have a basic computer skills and be familiar with usual domestic tasks (preparing simple meals, washing the dishes, cleaning...). There is no maximum lenght of stay because we want to have volunteers as long as possible!
