Come teach English and experience Poland in a very authentic way!

We're looking for proficient and native speakers of English interested in having conversations with our local community. You don't need experience (though it's appreciated), as we can provide you with materials and methods!Someone who is independent, flexible, friendly, patient, and can manage on their own would be the perfect fit as it’s the base to learning and growing along your stay, being exposed to different situations. What's more important than just "teaching" is using this opportunity to improve your people skills and promote a cultural exchange. These skills will stay with you no matter where you go, and it's important to handle misunderstandings calmly when languages don't match up.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
As the schedule for lessons remains rather flexible, the agreed 15 hours of workload during the week with lessons might be completed with tasks like mowing the lawn in spring or summer, trying out some new repairs if you're interested in that or spending time with my son Julian. We will be happy to cherish your skills and happily learn new things from you as well!
We would preferably have someone come for at least a month with the possibility of extending their stay if both sides are interested.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
ndividual rooms are provided to each volunteer with either a bed or pull out couch, wardrobe, desk + chair and heating (for when it gets cold) and a shared bathroom with others.
A washing machine is also available so that laundromats won't be needed!
Since the school is located in an actual house, volunteers can expect to still feel at home with a comfy setting that will resemble most family homes, with shared spaces such as a living room and garden, TV, WI-FI connection, loads of paintings and books which will certainly keep you at ease when at home.
In regards to the food, each person should do their groceries which can be kept in the kitchen and, of course, prepare meals using all kitchen appliances at their disposal.
