Help needed to national horse breeding farm - Norway

Small stable breeding national horses i northern part of Norway.Working 30- 40 hours a week, with 1-2 days off.
Inside and outside the stable, cleaning, painting and repairing.
Making fences out in the field.
Working with, and training the horses.
About 30 km from Tromsø, the land in the midnight sun, in a beautiful nature, mountains og sea all around. Fishing in the sea is possible.
3 meals a day and a bed in a shared room, inside the house.
