Handy helpers needed for renovation and daily work at guest house

Location: Vesterålen Isles, Norway

I have a wonderful place in North Norway, herited from my grandparents, with a beautiful main house and more than a hundred year old traditional dock house buildings. My major aim is to save and keep the buildings and their history - and share it with other people,through a summer time guesthouse. There is alot of work to be done, and when tourists starts coming it will also get really busy sometimes, and I hope for volunteers who want to be a part of this project, are happy workers whatever task and are flexible when needed. Also to share our culture and traditions, our food and nature knowledge, is a part of inviting volunteers here to help out. I have for years been working with ecotourism and sustainable tourism projects, so probably you will get a glance into the ecotourism way of tourism, if you like.
I am know loking forward to my fifth season with the inspiering company of volunteer helpers.
Help needed:
From May 1st: Building work, renovation and maintenance of wooden buildings and wooden boats, help with garden, painting indoors/outdoors, help making place nice and tidy before summer season. From June: Help With guest house during summer and maintenance work indoors/outdoors.

Work hours: 5 hours a day, 6 days per week.
Minimum 1 month stay.
Free accomodation and meals (but no special diets, same dinner for all)

Special skills: let me know if you have some special skills or experience. Especially needed is building/wood work skills/renovation.
