Bodegraven & Alphen a/d Rijn, help with farm work & reno.

Currently 3 private bedrooms for either couples or single travellers. We're located in the centre of the Netherlands with good access to Rotterdam, Utrecht, Leiden, The Hague and Amsterdam (all less than 1 hour by public transport).
What do we need help with?
We have a variety of different items we need a hand with. Please allow 24 hours a week to be designated workhours. You’re free to fill in your own schedule, as long as you reach your weekly quota. I'm on site from thursday to mondays. My preference goes to working 3 days of 8 hours each.
Working on the farm:
• Sanding & Painting
• Lawncare
• Cleaning
• Carpentry work and Plumbing (if skilled)
• Mechanic skills (old tractor, dirtbike and a Cadillac need some TLC)
Sample projects: sand and paint the barn, sand and paint a boat trailer, paint the walls, clear rubbish from the shed, mow the lawn, get rid of stinging nettles & weeds, feed the sheep.
Cleaning AirBnB’s
Apart from that we run two AirBnB´s and need help cleaning those.
Websites
If you´re not able to do (light) physical work we are also looking for content (re)writers/proofreaders on the topics of language learning and cats (meow).
For the cat website we are looking for articles on cats, cat care and cat products.
For the language learning website we are looking for articles on language learning and proofreaders/compilers for our frequency dictionary series. We’re looking for Spanish, French, , Italian, Swedish, Turkish, Arabic, Portuguese, German, Czech, Polish, Russian, and Norwegian speakers, and more.
What will you get in return?
We will provide you with a private room, and a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast lunch and dinner are provided. Vegetarian friendly. Free wifi included.
What are we looking for?
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Clean & respectful towards others.
• I’d prefer you’d stay minimum for a one week, but shorter is ok too.
• I need to work on my flexibility so if you can teach yoga or pilates – great!

• Language learning options. If you want to learn a language, we have frequency dictionaries, audio programs and other language learning methods available.
• I can teach you (kick)boxing and grappling. Heavy bag available
