Located in the peaceful countryside of Syracuse, just 15 minutes from the sea, this 3000-square-meter property offers a serene and relaxing environment, surrounded by private villas and large green spaces. The property features around 50 fruit trees, 4 vegetable gardens, and many other natural elements, with plenty of space available for new crops or any other projects you may want to pursue. In the center of the property, there is my house, and next to it, a fully equipped and comfortable caravan is ready to host you with everything you need to live your best life. Currently, I live in the city, but as soon as I find a reliable person to help me, my family and I will move permanently to the countryside to work together on maintaining everything (for now, I visit the countryside three times a week). The tasks to be done will be simple, relaxing, and distributed over just a few hours per week: gardening, fruit picking, taking care of the animals, watering, small fence repairs, general maintenance, and occasionally running errands in the city. The work will be done in full freedom and autonomy: you’ll decide when it’s best to carry out the various tasks with common sense. You won’t be alone – I’ll always be there to help you and share the work with you. In exchange, I offer full accommodation, all my personal support, and everything you need to live well and feel at home. You can ask for anything you need, and I’ll do my best to meet your requests.

Situato nella tranquilla campagna di Siracusa, a soli 15 minuti dal mare, questo angolo di natura di 3000 metri quadrati offre un ambiente sereno e rilassante, circondato da ville private e ampi spazi verdi. La proprietà ospita circa 50 alberi da frutto, 4 orti e altre caratteristiche naturali, con ancora molto spazio disponibile per nuove coltivazioni o altri progetti, secondo le tue idee e necessità. Al centro del terreno si trova la mia abitazione e, accanto ad essa, una roulotte completamente attrezzata e confortevole è pronta ad accoglierti con tutto il necessario per vivere ogni giorno nel miglior modo possibile. Attualmente vivo in città, ma non appena troverò una persona affidabile che mi affianchi, mi trasferirò stabilmente in campagna per lavorare insieme. Le attività da svolgere saranno semplici, rilassanti e distribuite su poche ore settimanali: giardinaggio, raccolta dei frutti, cura degli animali, irrigazione, piccoli lavori di recinzione, manutenzione generale e qualche commissione in città. Il lavoro sarà svolto in piena libertà e autonomia: sarai tu a decidere, con buon senso, i momenti più opportuni per dedicarti alle varie attività. Non sarai mai da solo: sarò sempre presente per aiutarti e condividere con te il lavoro. In cambio offro alloggio completo, tutto il mio supporto personale e tutto ciò che ti serve per vivere bene e sentirti a casa. Potrai chiedere quello che desideri e cercherò di soddisfare le tue necessità nel miglior modo possibile.
