help need with kids

We're looking for a girl who'll be part of our family and likes staying outdoor and playing with kids.During the year, till June, kids go to school. So, during the year you'll help me in the morning for preparing and going to school with elena or stefano. then you'll be free till you'll go to pick Stefano up from school,around 16 and you will stay with him till I'am back home, normally at 17-18. Twice a week you will have lunch with Claudia talking with ber.
Obviously your daily routine will be different in summer, when the babies are at home from school.
We ask you flexibility because in a big family everything changes in a while and we normally don't have a week like the others.
You'll keep in order and clean your room and your bathroom and helps babies in doing the same with their stuff. You'll help us with the washing machine and the dish washer, like you normally do in your family, I suppose.
However you'll have weekends and evenings free, we normally ask 1 evening of baby-sitting a week. In Cassina de' Pecchi there is a free italian Language course twice a week (2 hours every lesson) and normally our aupairs went there for learning Italian.
