Countrylife in the pure wilderness of Tuscany, Arezzo

I’m building a laboratory full of different tools for enhancing every kind of creativity.A drill machine, knives and chisels for carving and sculpting, many other tools such as sander, grindstone, chainsaw, circular saw, a pyrograph and a sewing machine. There are also many materials: different kind of wood, bamboo, clay, leather, paints and fabrics.
I have a passion for realizing artisanal board games, I’m using mainly my hands, recycled wood and local bamboo.
I also like to restore and repair things, like armchairs, stools, tables and so on.
Everything will be at your complete disposai for every project you have in mind!
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
You will be part of daily countrylife, that depending on the weather and the season will require many tasks. Inside the house the kitchen and living room will be shared places, so we will need to keep them clean and tidy every day.
Three times a day we will take care of meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner: this means cooking, serving, washing and cleaning. During winter we will have to take care of the fireplace and the hater in the basement, providing wood every 2 hours.
During summer the mainly task will be watering outside: the garden and the vegetable garden.
After that, we will be doing creative and artisanal projects, you can help me with that and in exchange I will teach you everything I know about artisanery and creativity. Free time will be after lunch and after dinner, in the evening you will have plenty of time for recreational activities: talking, reading, drawing, playing games or watching a movie.
If we have worked the other days, the weekend will be usually free: you can decide to go by yourself and visit the area, or we can decide what kind of activities doing together.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
The settlement is depending on the amount of people (relatives, friends and volunteers) but usually there are two private rooms available inside the house: a single and a double with bathroom.
Food: basic food like water, bread, pasta, rice, eggs, fruits and vegs will be included, but depending on your needs and requirements we can decide what else buying and share. Since I’m omnivore, I can adapt to every kind of diet.
