We cultivate 1 ha of aromatic herbs and collect wild herbs from another 3 hectares, we also have 2 hectares of woodland and 8 donkeys, and the work in two. The work is mainly manual, hoeing, weeding, harvesting and drying herbs, harvesting saffron, taking the donkeys to pasture, clearing in the woods, We prepare meals and eat in the fields in the shade in the summer or by a fire in the winter.
