Join our family for a sailing adventure

We are Nico, Inna, Jocelyn (6) and Lily (4) - a family looking for an extra pair of hands, sailing in the greek islands. Looking for someone to become "part of the family" and help with some daily tasks on board. Fluent French speakers prioritised.
We welcome visitors as friends and provide accommodation, as well as all meals (be it home cooked or restaurants - fairly often!), wine, conversation, swimming in turquoise waters, snorkelling, spear fishing (if you want!), paddle boarding etc. Between us we speak English, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish fluently so you are welcome to practice any of those!
We are a young globetrotting family (Franco/British/Russian) with 2 young girls, sailing for 6 months in the Greek islands (Aegean sea) , from April to October each year on a 24 meter motorboat. It is really our dream, Dutch-built floating home with incredible comfort, intensive cooking, art, music and books..We chase the wind to kitesurf, and always anchor in the wild. We NEVER stay in marina. We are NOT the usual 'motorboat' people since Nico grew up racing and delivering SAIL boats. We are sailors very respectful to marine etiquette, obsessed with pollution so we clean beaches and pick up floating plastic non stop. Boat functions have been trimmed to minimum, optimal diesel usage (max 30 liters a day). Nico prefers the remote creeks away from the crowd. Sometimes they aren't even anchorage as there is no space and we anchor in 2 meter depths with fish playing around.
The family sometimes prefers anchoring close to villages so the kids can enjoy a bit of social life.. and the grown ups can eat out and party too !

We are looking for easy going people who simply become part of the family. Visiting guests share all activities. It's important you use your common sense to help and anticipate needs, and keep your cabin tidy at all time.

Looking for an extra pair of hands (preferably female due to very girlie nature of our kids - think barbies and everything pink) to help out a little bit with the kids, as well as with general boat maintenance (no experience required, but helps if you dont get sea sick (we dont sail rough weather though)!), anchoring, mooring, etc. If you speak French, its a plus, as girls are just starting to speak french!

Apart from kitesurf gear we also have a stand up paddle and plenty of snorkelling gear. You'll have plenty of time to enjoy watersports on a daily basis and we are happy if you do. We like sporty guests.

We take care of all the costs on board, wine, eating out (a lot!), just like we do for all our visiting friends. You just have to get here ;)
