About the Organization
"Be Aware And Share" (BAAS) is an independent nonprofit organization that supports people in
need and contributes to social inclusion. Founded in 2015 in Basel (Switzerland), BAAS focuses
primarily on working with people on the move in Europe. In addition to material and social
support and educational and recreational opportunities for people on the move, BAAS also
carries out awareness-raising and information activities in Switzerland.
Currently, the organization focuses on the support of people on the move in Ioannina in northwestern Greece at its Community Centre. The activities are carried out by volunteers and
financed exclusively by donations. Our work is politically independent.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Job Description
We are seeking an intern to support our Fundraising Coordinators, our remote Fundraising
Working Group and the project on the ground. Under the supervision of the coordination team,
the intern will spend half his time supporting the Fundraising team in their endeavors and the
other half working on the project with other volunteers and the Project Coordination team. The
preferred starting date would be between the 1st of September and the 1st of October 2024.
