You want to get to know community? Do you bring enthusiasm, experience and competence to the handicraft, event, gastronomy or hotel business? Do you love working in a team?Then you’ve come to the right place with us in the Nature Community in our volunteer program 2019!
It is also a good opportunity to get to know the community from within and to find out for yourself whether you would like to join the project permanently.
You can choose between different weekly working hours, which affect the amount of your financial contribution to cover the costs. In exceptional cases, e.g. if you have special qualifications in an area where we urgently need support or if you have been here several times and know your way around, we can also offer work for free food and accommodation.
We invite you on the one hand to participate actively in our open community life, and on the other hand there is also a special social program for the helpers. And we are happy to support you to contribute your own event offers.
Arrival is preferred on weekends (Friday – Sunday) and we would like to work with you for at least one week. However, we prefer longer guest helper assignments, whereby the first two weeks serve as a mutual trial period. Decisions on extending the stay on site.
Over the entire period we are looking for people who are able to tackle the problem, who have skills and experience and who feel like living and working together with us in the Nature Community.
You can choose between the following areas.
Construction:
You are a craftsman and are enthusiastic about ecological building and regenerative energy supply? Do you want to help with the creative realisation of communal housing? The buildings of the Nature Community offer a variety of construction sites for which we use alternative construction methods such as component temperature control, clay construction and component recycling.
The construction team of the Nature Community is looking for people with experience, competence or training in the areas of conversion (modernisation), extension and installation.
We offer you exciting activities on our various construction sites, work in a team and insights into our community.
In our work we are committed to ecological and biological building principles; our goals are sustainability and self-sufficiency.

Guesthouse & Housekeeping:
You are enthusiastic about the hotel business and love to maintain rooms in such a way that our guests feel completely at home? Then you are exactly right with us in the Nature Community as a helper in our guest house.
We offer you exciting activities in the operation of our guesthouse, work in a team and insights into our community.
You have experience in the hotel and/or service sector and are also ready to work here and you feel like working in a team.

Kitchen:
Are you passionate about vegan cuisine? Then you are exactly right with us in the Nature Community as a helper in our kitchen team.
We offer you varied activities in our vegan community and seminar kitchen, work in a team and insights into our community.
You have experience in the kitchen and are also ready for action and you want to work in a team.

Motor vehicles:
You are a car mechanic and can work on our vehicles independently and if necessary with support from the community?
Then you are exactly right with us in the Nature Community as a helper in the field of motor vehicles.
In addition to our activities in the field of vehicle maintenance and repair, we offer you an insight into our community.

Conditions:
There are two possibilities:
30€ per day at 15 h / week (minimum stay 1 week). From the second week 25€ per day. Possible for guesthouse & housekeeping as well as for the kitchen.
10€ per day at 25 h / week (minimum stay 2 weeks for construction and motor vehicles). Minimum stay 1 week for guesthouse & housekeeping as well as for the kitchen.
You will receive 3 vegan organic meals a day and get your own room (if available) or shared accommodation. Camping or staying overnight in your own vehicle is also possible. The use of our wellness area as well as the participation in our regular activities like yoga, singing, games, discussions and many more completes the offer.
