Help needed for surfing guest house on the danish westcoast

We are 3 friends in our late 20's and start 30's who's running a guesthouse on the danish westcoast placed in the middle of an amazing nationalpark. More nationally known as "Cold Hawaii". Even though the danish summer do show alot of sunshine and great vibes don't expect Hawaii tendencies though. We can accommodate up to 40 guests in the house from all over the world.We will have some boards that you can borrow so you can work on your surfing skills. Denmark is a beginner friendly surfspot so you will have plenty of options to practice.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
The work concists of cleaning the house, making rooms ready for new guests and welcome new guests as well. You will work in a team of 4 and always working 2-and-2 in your shifts. We have a morning shift and an afternoon shift so there is plenty of time for surfing and exploring the biggest national park in Denmark. We also respect that you want to see more og the great nature here so the work schedule is really flexible. We estimate 20-25 hours pr. week and we pay for food and accommodation.
We seek to have people min. 1 month starting from July. We need people in the months of July - August and half of September.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
You will be staying with one more volunteer in your own room and we aim to have a team of 4 volunteers throughout the summer. You will be staying in the same house as the rest of the team and our guests. So we expect you to be respectable of the house vibe and that guest might ask you questions from time to time even though you are off duty.
