Renovation of verandah

Location: Kuurne, Belgium

Fall 2021 I want to finish the renovation of my verandah.
Specifically, this means:
Insulate, carpentry, paint ceiling, lay floor (laminate).
I am a novice handyman. I belief in Try and error and youtube instructional videos :).
Do you have handyman skills or just common sense to figure it out together, your help is welcome.

I ask you to work 4hours per day, 20 hours per week.

The maximum length of stay is about 1 week.

I can offer you the spare room in my house. We will share the badroom and you can use my kitchen. It is all quit basic and you are hopefully not alergic to dust :) (or cats). But there’s is wifi????.
I don’t usually have breakfast but i will provide bread or such for you.
I don’t really like cooking (sorry). But when i do, than you can join us for dinner. Vegetarian is possible.

You can enjoy my garden. Sometimes i have a spare bicycle.
Or you can carpool if i have to go somewhere (bruges, ypres,..) so you can visit belgium.

It is a bit strange to say, but drugs or loud music are a no go. Smoking can, but outside
