Volunteer in our homestay and explore Northern Ha Giang, Vietnam.

We have a great volunteer opportunity, where you will be able to really help our local community and to experience our local culture. You can choose to take care our English class or help us in the homestay such as: welcoming the guest, provide information or manage the homestay.The school is situated in Meo Vac part of the Ha Giang loop and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The class is for children aged around 8 – 10 years old and takes place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
It would be great if you have any teaching experience, especially teaching English or working with children if you choose to work with the students. If not you can choose to work in the homestay. When you are not teaching you will have free time to explore the area. There are many routes to drive and paths to trek in order to see the stunning scenery.
We request that volunteers commit to at least one month of volunteering in order to provide consistency for the children. Volunteers are provided with free accommodation, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The aim of the project is to provide English to the children from the local area. Many of the people in the local area are very poor and do not have access to learning English. It is hoped that through teaching these children English they will have vastly greater opportunities for themselves in their futures.
