We are a cooperative, that works together in tea plantations, banana plantations, English teaching classes, community projects, Homestays, and more. Are goal is to get volunteers to help in our facilities, but to also help in our community by teaching English to poor children, people with disabilities and ethnic minorities. Supports non-governmental, international, or community organizations in interpretation, translation, communication, and management. Participates in social and environmental projects, such as building houses for the poor, planting trees, protecting wildlife, and organising cultural events.
Exchange with international volunteers, learn and share experiences, knowledge, and cultures of different countries. Participate in cultural projects such as helping with the production of tea and other agricultural products, making handmade paper, and learning to make traditional fabrics and dyes such as brocade and Melaleuca. Volunteering for us will give you the chance to use English in a variety of situations, from professional to the everyday. We do mainly need volunteers right now for teaching English classes, Website work, and some help in the Homestay. The other projects do not happen all the time, but our goal is to grow that more in the future, for our community. You do not have to be a native English speaker, but we do request that you have intermediate English speaking skills

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Teach English to poor children, people with disabilities and ethnic minorities.
Support non-governmental, international, or community organisation in interpretation, translation, communication, and management. Participate in social and environmental projects, such as building houses for the poor, planting trees, etc. Participate in cultural projects such as helping with the production of tea and other agricultural products. Our volunteers are people from both Vietnam and around the world with intermediate to fluent level English. They use their English-speaking skills to enrich our community through English teaching and cultural exchange. Our volunteers can work in many different fields, including education, health, society, culture, environment, and many others. Our volunteer opportunities right now are slightly limited, to english teaching, Website help, and possibly some help in the Homestay. Everything else is not always a constant, But things come up sometimes, other things are still being developed for volunteers to help with. You would work 5 days a week, no more than 25 hours unless you chose, 1 to 3 classes a day, in one of the villages our classes are held.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Our volunteers will stay at one of our Home-stays, In Ha Giang City. During the day you will work outside the Homestay, but will come back at night. we will provide 3 meals a day, breakfast at the Homestay, and lunch here depending on where you are that day, and usually dinner back at the Homestay. The rooms our volunteers will stay in is a 4 bed dorm, one male and one for female, they are just for our volunteers, guests will stay in separate rooms.
