Help needed in teaching project in Hanoi, Vietnam

Hello volunteers, I'm Hang and I'm a host in Hanoi, Vietnam.I'm also an English teaching and am looking for those who can stay for free and help in exchange.
The work is easy as you will have 3 hours (maximum 5 hours) teaching per day (many days off per week for you to discover the town).
- SKILLS:
+ Excellent conversational English/ Native English speakers are preferred
+ Being enthusiastic, friendly, energetic and open-minded
+ Teaching experience and certificate are not required. Teaching materials and lesson plans will be provided. I will be your teaching assistant in classes.
- ACCOMMODATION
+ Free accommodation and daily meals (lunches and dinners).
+ Full facilities (washing machine, air conditioners, electronic fans, etc.).
+ Elevators/ Lifts are available and we have a nice view from the balcony.
+ Shared room with other volunteers only (so to speak, no guests are welcome in the flat except for the volunteers and hosts).
- JOB DESCRIPTION
+ Teaching and communicating with local children in class in order to help them improve their English skills.
+ House caring.
- Volunteers are required to commit in working for at least 1 month (4-week-duration).
