We are promoter of Sharing Economy (collaborative consumption) and currently an active place-maker of environment / lifestyle (a cross of home-stay, business center and "hackerspace") that integrates Life-Work balance philosophy and practice, for the benefits of residents / guests / travelers residing in condominium and apartment buildings. We have currently two such properties in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The concept can be applied to all condominium and apartment buildings in towns throughout Malaysia (and hopefully, internationally). This will be a new cultural experience for everyone come into contact with the property ("Collaborative Second Home").
We are currently seeking temporary helpers (with extensive couchsurfing / traveling experience) to expand and extend our services to residents / guests / travelers / participant-investors. Their inputs would mainly be "talk the walk" while the property is mean to "walk the talk" (Live-Work-Travel-Learn-Play) or the LW-T-LP environment / lifestyle / system. This is guaranteed to be a cultural and educational experience on Collaborative Consumption.
We are currently sourcing "volunteers" to help out in our project LW-T-LP (Live-Work-TRAVEL-Learn-Play environment / lifestyle / system). Volunteers could stay at our place for 3-week to 3-month. Relevant training would be provided based on the selection process / result as appropriate.
We provide free accommodation and foods in exchange for 6-hour work-day (4 working days per week) for total of 24-hour working week. Job primarily involves attending to answering inquiries on LW-T-LP, reception and house-keeping, updating web sites and blogs. Additional help or involvement in the writing of Kindle e-book regarding the LW-T-LP concept / lifestyle would be "rewarded" with additional allowance on contractual basis.
