This role offers both full-time and project-based employment, with field work scheduled from Monday to Saturday, adaptable to weather and seasonal planting and harvesting needs. The team includes an agronomist for crop health and pest management, a field manager for organizing tasks and schedules, and field workers who handle planting, watering, and harvesting. Regular communication occurs through weekly meetings and messaging apps for effective coordination. Training covers crop handling, equipment safety, and pest management, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
