Cat Beach Sanctuary is a nonprofit, No Kill, cats only sanctuary on a lovely beach in a fishing village on the island of Penang, Malaysia. Caring for 300+/- rescued cats and kittens, Cat Beach always welcomes volunteers and visitors. It is a high standards cat shelter, an educational and training centre, and a unique tourist attraction where people can experience the special joys of cats. Housing and other benefits may be available. Come make a difference for rescued cats.WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Cleaning and cat care. Reception and administration, especially data entry tasks. Social Media, Photos and Videos. Handyman building, painting, etc. Volunteers are always welcome any day. If you wish to stay with us, then 1 week minimum, no maximum as long as everyone gets along.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Housing in a nice 3-bedrm house in the nearby tourist town of Batu Ferringhi which has many restaurants, groceries, open air markets and food courts with very cheap food. The house has a well-equipped kitchen for shared use, hot showers, no a/c, fan only - and cats.
