Winter helpers wanted (Mid December to Mid March)

We are looking for a couple or an amazing individual to help us run our lodge in snowy Myoko, Niigata, Japan. It is a small lodge with a 7 guest rooms and staff accommodation. The main thing we need help with is clearing snow. We get an average of 15 metres snow per winter. It is snow you have to experience to believe.WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Clear snow round the lodge and clear the car park. A snow blower is provided. Training will be given in using the snowblower.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
We have staff accommodation in the lodge. It is not grand but nor is it squeezy.
There is a bedroom and a living area separate from our guests.
