Ski season (Mid Dec to Mid March) helpers and managers wanted!

Hi there we are looking for a couple or amazing individual to manage and run our ski lodge and 1-3 chalet workers for our ski lodge in beautiful Madarao Japan. It is a small lodge with 8 rooms. We need help mid December to Mid March during the ski season in the mountains of the central Japanese alps. There are 2 main job types. One is manager/s - Job is to welcome and take care of guests, take payments, drive in the snow, pick and drop off guests, shop, cook meals, serve breakfast, manage staff, room rotation and utilities/bills. Other main jobs is for chalet workers - work about 4-5 hours a day making beds, cleaning rooms, clearing snow, kitchen work and serving meals and drinks, taking care of guests in exchange for 3 meals, accommodation, ski pass, and an amazing experience.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
There is a room for managers and a 4 bed shared room for workers at the lodge.
