The Frontline Hospitality Champion is a volunteer role on-site in Hong Kong SAR. As a Front Desk Volunteer at Atlas Guesthouse & Backpackers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing them with essential information, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. As a volunteer, you will contribute to creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere, making our guests feel at home during their stay.Commit 5 hours a day with one day off per week!
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
+ Responsabilities
-Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a professional and courteous first impression.
-Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
-Provide information about the guesthouse, its facilities, and local attractions, helping guests make the most of their stay in the city.
-Answer and respond to emails, online reviews promptly addressing inquiries and reservations.
-Handle guest requests and concerns, finding appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
-Monitor and responnd online reviews.
-Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and efficiency, finding suitable solutions and escalating issues when necessary to managers.
-Support various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and updating guest records.
=> Commit 5 hours a day with one day off per week.
