Teach me your native language here at the beach, in sunny California!

*ME*: 30 year old single male. No wife, children, etc. I spent a month in Russia - 2009, Sweden - 2010, Ukraine - 2012, 2013, and 2014. I have also been to Mexico on vacation multiple times, and I have lived in 3 different states. I recently moved to Pismo Beach, CA, and really enjoy it ! I bought a 3 bedroom flat, right near the beach. I have my own private Jacuzzi also. It's hard for me to take time away from work, so I figured I would bring the vacation to me! I really just want to show someone a good time, and provide some memorable experiences.*YOU*: Someone who loves the beach ! Pismo Beach is located on the central coast of California, and my condo is an 8 minute walk to the Ocean! It is super clean, and has the best air quality and weather anywhere in California. The population is around 8000.. and there are approximately 20,000+ college students here on the central coast. You don't have to take my word for it, go read the reviews online :) However, here are some highlighted points (everything is either within walking distance, or 10-15 minutes by car):
- Happiest/Friendliest city/area in America! It was on Oprah!
- Active nightlife and amazing downtown bars/restaurants
- Great beaches that aren't overcrowded (Pismo, Avila, Morro Bay) all within walking distance, or a short ride by car, depending on which beach you want to go to.
- Nude beach for those that such desire (right here in Pismo)
- Wineries/Vineyards and wine tasting galore (100+ such places?)
- Holistic/Vegetarian/Vegan friendly (Tons of stores and restaurants)
- Very active town
- Sand dunes for riding quads, sand rails, and more
- Natural hot springs/hot tubs for rent
You won't be dissapointed, and I guarantee you will have a great time ! Feel free to message me with any questions.
** You will be my personal tutor in your native language** Simple, yes? I already have knowledge to varying degrees, in the following languages: Russian (Intermediate), Spanish (Beginner/Intermediate), Swedish (Beginner), French (Beginner).. However, I'm open to any culture, or language, and don't discriminate! Your hours/days will vary, due to my schedule being so hectic.. I'm very flexible.
So here are your duties, as follows, per my expectations:
1. Tutor me in your native language on a daily basis, hours will vary due to my work schedule. I have materials to study with, so you won't need to bring anything with you. I would prefer you to have some organizational abilities, or be able to teach in a concise manner.. basically, being able to adapt to my level/needs.
2. Cook/Help cook meals.. This is obvious, due to the fact food will be paid for.
3. Help clean, and provide general maintenance of the flat/condo.
4. Go to the gym with me, and exercise (maybe you know Yoga, Meditation?)
****RULES***: Due to my horrible experience from hosting 1 individual already, I'm going to be very weary of people, and will list all the rules and expectations I have. If you want to find a place to party, do drugs, meet lots of people/make tons of friends, go out all the time, have sexual relations with lots of strange men/women... this is not the place to volunteer. I enjoy my privacy, and peace and quiet. If those things are appealing to you, you obviously need to grow up, and you can go party somewhere on your own dime/time.. don't waste mine.. here are the rules as follows:
1. You will pay for your own flight/travel plans to get to my location.. Whether you have to hitch hike, or do favors for truckers, it's not my problem.
2. I will NOT give you any monetary compensation, in any form. If I choose to spend money in different forms (eating out, sightseeing) that will be my choice, and up to my discretion.
3. You need to be mature, and in a mature state of mind. I'm not here to baby sit you, or hold your hand. I'm looking for someone who likes peaceful, quiet, relaxation.. maybe someone who likes yoga, meditation? Someone who can entertain themselves, when I'm not available.
4. No strangers/sexual partners/homeless people/etc. will be invited over, unless you have already spoken to me, and I have allowed it.
5. Realize that this isn't just a place to couch surf, while you go and do all the tourist things you want to do, and neglect any of the aforementioned duties.. It's disrespectful.
6. I work in law enforcement, and I won't hesitate to remove you from my flat/condo, if you violate any of the rules that we have already agreed upon.
