I'm currently seeking one volunteer to be my personal assistant. You must be reliable, trustworthy, respectful, mature, independent, and have an excellent work ethic. I will not accept someone taking advantage of my offer without fulfilling their end of the bargain. If you apply with me, be ready to work!

Tasks will include housekeeping (cleaning) and organization, labor intensive work like painting, moving furniture, and gardening, as well as administrative work like making phone calls and setting appointments and other tasks as required. It's hard to say exactly what all of the tasks will be so you should be flexible and open to an assortment of duties. Just know that I would never expect you to do anything that I'm not willing to do myself.

You can expect to work 25-35 hours per week, and I am flexible - to an extent - with scheduling so that you have plenty of time to travel around the region.

In exchange for your work you will be provided a private bedroom for yourself alone, a well stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals in (you will have to purchase any items that you specifically want but I don't provide - I don't work around people's dietary preferences anymore), and you will share the rest of the space. I have wifi and TV.

Just some things to note:

I am absolutely NOT tolerant of drugs. That includes marijuana. I will contact the police immediately and evict you if I suspect drugs on my property so if you enjoy the 420, please do not request to stay with me. I also keep a non-smoking home and don't allow volunteers to host visitors or parties.

My home is walking distance to the incredible Niagara Falls. Public transportation is easy to use and I have private parking if you have a car. I also have a bicycle that I am happy to lend you. Buffalo and Toronto are not far and are both easily accessible by public transit. I enjoy showing visitors to the area around as my time allows and may offer to bring you on an excursion to explore more of the region during your stay.
