Help DIY my new home while enjoying the Southwestern Mountains minutes away!

Hello! I am a new homeowner with some needs in my house to make it an oasis! I have an adorable 1950's Pueblo Style stucco home, only a few minutes drive from many of the super fun things Albuquerque has to offer. I would ideally love one or two people who have some experience with light DIY renovations: i.e. fresh coat of paint, deep cleaning, sanding/staining floors, yard work, etc. Something that requires some skill or dedication level, but not professional per se. Open to building garden beds or reviving the yard in other creative ways. Also, willing to be available to let in workers and generally live happily in the house to keep it from looking vacant. The house is 5 minutes from the University and restaurants and shops around, a ten-20 minute drive to numerous hiking trails in the Sandia foothills, one hours from Santa Fe, and 1.5 hours to Jemez and their tranquil hot springs. WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Varies be experience and interest, but could include painting, deep clean, yard work or creativity in reviving the yard, sanding, staining, putting together furniture, detail oriented tasks such as changing knobs and other small hardware, restoring vintage hardware with polish, and other tasks as the plans of the house begin to come together.

LIVING ARRANGEMENT

Would prefer to trade room only for a light work load of 10-15 hours/week. The times are often flexible, and I'm happy to have volunteers work a schedule that fits them, giving them the flexibility to make day trips or even enjoy many locations just a few hours away in Colorado and Arizona.
