Help need for Reception in Montevideo.

Our staff usually work as volunteers, in exchange for accommodation, and commit to staying for 3 months or more. If you have experience in hospitality, we may be able to offer a small salary in addition to accommodation. In all cases, there will be an initial trial period. You will also be able to make some extra income by selling breakfast, drinks, meals, tours, etc.There are 3 shifts per day - morning, afternoon, evening. You will cover one of those shifts 6 days a week. There is flexibility on who takes what shifts, and you can make arrangements with the other staff if you need to. During your shift you will take care of: reception, ensuring that the guests observe the house rules, make sure that the place is always clean and tidy, occasional tasks.
Requirements:
- English, Spanish & Portuguese (at least 2 of these should be fluent)
- computer literacy: you will have to use email, skype, google docs, and several web-based reservation systems.
- strong sense of responsibility and taking initiative
- a desire to provide excellent service and see people pleased with their stay
