Help needed for cleaning and general maintenance.

Hi, my name is Angel Rojas, I am a kiteboarding Instructor and pro trainer from the International Kiteboarding Organization.

I run a Kiteboarding School in Progreso, Yucatan, Mexico, since 2012: YUCKITE.

I am looking for anyone that is willing to help and loves living on the beach close to the nature. A plus is of course that you are interested in kitesurfing or other water sports, but not mandatory; A COUPLE IS PREFERRED.

I am offering an independent room at the school with a queen size bed, a desk, some furniture and a fan. It does not have AC.

In the school facilities there are showers, bathroom and a kitchen..
I do not provide drinking water, you will have to buy your own water.

These are the tasks (3-5 hours per day, 5 days a week):
Cleaning of the school and glamping tents.
Cleaning of the bathrooms in the school, twice a day.
Take responsibility with keys.
Help shopping when it's needed.

I love dogs, so I have 4 dogs and a cat, so being with these animals will be part of the day by day.

I want to invite enthusiastic and energetic people who wants to help me and at the same time would like to live in a peaceful, quiet town as Progreso. The help doesn't enquire any specific experiences but it does require a lot of responsibility with the general maintenance of the school. Our cleaning standards are very high and if you are not a clean person this job might not be for you!

I am looking for people that have good energy, are service minded and loves chatting with the guests.

I am open to have you for long time, like a month or more if it works for both parties.
