help needed for an art project in Playa del Carmen

I have a non profit art place a new art concept, and want a cultural assistent, if possible a man who is cultured and also can help fix material things from time to time.Three times a week in the evenings from 8 pm to midnight, I open my art oasis to the public.
I am playing myself the guide and need somebody else inside to attend exhibitions, art shows , talk to the people, and keep an eye.
If you are an artist and might entertain, with music or circus or painting class or dancing, would be just a dream.
This person will be hosted for free.
The name of the place is Le Lotus Rouge, located in the center of Playa del Carmen, 10 minutes walk from the ocean.It is not anymore neither a restaurant nore a bar, just an art oasis wher one will dive into an art world.
We will begin the free access to arts on June 20, 2021.
