We are a team of people involved in trying to protect the environment by trying to conserve nature and the habitat of animals. For this, we work on the conservation of the terrestrial and aquatic environment, protecting both nature and sea turtles. Among our activities we have night patrols, reforestation, construction of an ecological garden, cleaning the environment and social work to help the people.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Help us with our sea turtle project during the different seasons: From February to June, the turtle season is prepared, infrastructures are repaired and the beach and hatchery are prepared. On the other hand, they also help in the organic garden and collaborate with planting trees as well as cleaning the beach. From July to November: starts with night patrols. They can last up to six hours. Although night patrols generally last four hours and morning patrols last two hours. In addition, the release of small sea turtles and the exhumation of each hatched nest take place. From December to January the release of baby turtles and their corresponding exhumation take place.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
he accommodation is located on the Osa peninsula, in Drake, and consists of shared rooms with bunk beds and a gravel floor located in the middle of nature. They will have electricity for two hours a day and we do not have Wi-Fi to connect to the internet.Three meals are provided daily (Breakfast, lunch and dinner).
