Help needed in Hotel reception and take away food service

We are a small beach Resort with 19 rooms located in Bahia Salinas, La Cruz, Guanacaste, in the last bay in the north of the Pacific side of Costa Rica, it’s called Blue Dream Resort.Our clients are mostly European, North American and Costa Rican.
We are also a kiteboarding school, because this windy bay is very nice to teach and practice this water-sport between November and mid May.
It’s anyway also a beautiful wild area of the country where you can enjoy the nature and the beach life.
We offer a special deal to the volunteers for the use of our kitesurfing gear (if they are already completely independent):
free use of kiteboard and harness. $15 per day for kite rental. If lessons are needed, price discount is 10%.
In exchange we need your help for 5 hours per day with one day off per week.
You should speak a good english and some Spanish too.
The job is as receptionist and food distribution. It will be located in just one room that is divided between reception and kitchen, at one side of the bedroom where you sleep.
The job consists in: receive guests (check in / check out), write electronic receipts, receive clients payments, check the reservation platform, email to the guests after the check out to ask for reviews, help the chef on basic jobs related on preparing food, maintain the reception/kitchen clean, serve food prepared by the chef and drinks prepared by you (as cappuccinos/cold coffees, natural fruit drinks, etc…)
You should have some experience on doing that.
It would be for a period of minimum 1 month up to 2 months but if your behavior isn’t a good one we’ll feel free to quit our relationship straight away (it didn’t happen so far :)

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Work time will be rotating during the week with the other 3 volunteers in this schedule: 7am / 12pm, 12pm / 5 pm, 5pm / 10pm
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
We offer you free accommodation in a room for the 3 volunteers with bathroom with hot water plus free food at our Food Service. Laundry and use of the bike are free too.
