HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Hello. We are a family of three friendly, relaxed and laid back adults (Husband, wife and daughter.) So, if you need to feel at home away from home, please do not hesitate to contact us.English, French, Spanish and Portuguese spoken.
We offer three meals a day and we would love to work along with you, three days a week. Giving you four days a week to do whatever rocks your boat.
You will cook your own food but, we will provide the necessary.
In season you can eat as much fruits and veggies as
you feel like.
You will have a big new room, new queen size bed and private bathroom. Hot water included.
You will also have free use of our laundry room.
We would love to have some help around the house.
We need help in fencing,
tidying , mowing, edging, weeding like cutting, clearing and storing trimmed branches, weedwacking, clearing plants from brumbles, helping fixing and general repairing.
Mostly raking leaves, picking up sticks and collecting them.
Ideally you might have the following skills: Pruning, digging, tidying, wood clearing and logging. Some small construction help will also be much appreciated.
On the other hand, you do not need to have experience in any of those fields. You only need to be willing to lend a helping hand here and there. A generous dash of common sense is of the essence.
You can use our bycicle to move around.
The area has immense pine and eucaliptus forests, lakes, rivers and mountains.
Los Ángeles (big city) with shopping malls, hospitals and all sort of food venues is fifty kilometres away by public buses.
Additionally, if you are interested in learning Spanish, we could offer you an hour a day of free Spanish lessons (years of experience as a language tutor.)
We plan to build a couple of greenhouses and grow our own food.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Either three days a week or, four hours a day.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Three meals a day, private room with bathroom. Free use of laundry room. Free access to fruits when in season. Free use of a bicycle.
