What is our philosophy?
The objective is to achieve the purchase of the area with 30 investors that will allow us to create a truly unprecedented area at a very low cost. With the investment made, the area will be adapted so that investors can enjoy common areas that will be built with the Bioconstruction philosophy.
With this investment, only the land is purchased and the investor can build the house that suits him or delegate it to the Community so that we can build it. In addition to investors, the area will be populated with those interested in living in and working for the Community. For each investor or family there will be a volunteer or family.
