Cannan orphanage is a non-profit charitable Organization which is run under Odongo’s family.We give support to orphans and vulnerable children in the community. Our focus
is on children whose parents died for HIV. To promote a behavioural change among the orphans and support them to be responsible members of the society through provision of education, healthcare, counselling, shelter and spiritual motivation
You can help us with the following activities: entertaining children through the organization of creative and artistic activities and sports, teaching the younger children, washing clothes, food preparation and serving, motivational speaking, empowering children to be self-reliant by life skills lessons. Any other idea of entertainment is welcomed.
In Mombasa there are many opportunities to enjoy your stay for example safari and sea excursions (with one of the family member www.wildlifecirclesafari.com) or simply to go to beautiful beaches around.
