Help in our chilled surf hostel in Taghazout, Morocco

We have a surf hostel in Taghazout, 1 min walking from the main street. Our team started the hostel around a year ago, and the hostel can host 18 people. We've had very good responses from guests and have a high score on booking.com & hostelworld. It is really important for us to keep these scores high, so we expect our volunteers to help us with this. The vibe in the hostel is relaxed and friendly, we often hear that our guests feel at home.We need help with breakfast and checking in our guests. We work with two shifts: morning and afternoon, preferable 2 people per shift. Morning shift is from around 7:30 - 12:00 and afternoon is from 12:00 - 18:00. Volunteers get one day a week off, but you will have plenty of chill time during your shifts. Teamwork amongst the volunteers is necessary to make it run smoothly. We need volunteers that have high sense of responsibility, that are easy-going and with a good sense of humor :). Preferably 25+ years old.
In return, we provide accommodation & breakfast. Accommodation is a bed in a bunk bed in our shared 6-bed dorm, with shared bathroom. The bathroom is shared with other volunteers and guests. We have three bathrooms, two kitchens and an amazing rooftop terrace with two lounge areas and a bbq. We will also provide breakfast, and you can join when we prepare dinners for our guests. So most of the days, lunch and dinner are for yourself.
Besides that, we help our volunteers with all the things they might need in Morocco and we make sure you have an amazing time, but we do expect you to do your work good.
There are plenty good surf spots in the area. From our rooftop you can see both Panorama Beach & Anchor Point. In the evening we often make a barbecue or tajine for dinner and we hang out with the guests. We also have fast fiber wifi in the hostel. On your time off you can surf as much as you want, beaches are 5-10 min walking. Let us know if you want to join us!
